Daniel Lafferty is a New York and Philadelphia based Artist.

He is a full time contemporary painter who graduated from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA with a degree in Fine Arts and Animation.

​

Daniel formed his art company after graduation and has been selling his original paintings for over 8 years to collectors around the world. He has sold over 2000 original pieces and maintained a feedback rating of 100% with well over 1000 transactions.

​

He uses great care in creating every painting to the highest possible standard and paints using only the finest quality materials. Daniel has painted using nearly every medium available but prefers to paint with acrylics on canvas.

Drawing influence from masters such as Van Gogh and Monet, Daniel enjoys creating abstract impressionist pieces including landscapes, impasto florals, and metallic abstracts.

His painting 'Ripples of Jade' was selected to appear on set during the filming of the 2009 Hollywood film 'The Unborn', directed by David Goyer and produced by Michael Bay.
